Change of Program

Students wishing to change programs will need to complete the change of program form found in their Etrieve account on their student dashboard. All current students wishing to change their program will be required to pay a $15 change of program fee before submitting the change of program form. New students (applicants who are not currently enrolled in courses) will not be required to pay the $15 change of program fee.

If students change their program of study at Ogeechee Tech, any courses common to the original program of study and the new program of study are transferable, providing that the student received a minimum score of “C” for the course.

Students will not be able to change programs for the current semester after the third day of the term. The student will be notified by the Admissions Office of his/her admission status into the new program.

Students receiving financial aid are responsible for checking their eligibility under the new program with the Financial Aid department.
